Synthetic Plaster cast

Biomed Cast orthopaedic casting tape is intended for immobilization of fractures, sprains and strains.
Biomed Cast is made of knitted fiberglass substrate (Biomed Cast) impregnated with polyurethane resin, which needs water – activating before use.
It will set in approximately 5 minutes and be weight bearing in 20 minutes.

Instruction for Use
n	Apply a stockinette and a cotton cloth over the desire area to be cast.
n	Wear protective gloves.
n	Immerse Biomed Cast in water for 1-2 seconds.
n	Squeeze the tape gently to remove excess water.
n	Wrap the desired area with the tape.
Do not apply tightly. Moulding and forming should be done at this time. Setting time is approximately 3-5 minutes. Functional strength will be achieved in 20 minutes.
